Saunders Hotel Investments is a real estate investment company that creates value through the acquisition and development process. We have successfully undertaken all development types including ground up new build, adaptive reuse, gutted rehabilitation and asset repositioning through physical renovation. As part of our mandate, the company has deployed $55 million in owner equity, including $30 million of investor equity through the Saunders Hotel Investments Heritage Partners investment programs (funds I, II and III).
